I saw this dog several days ago (in your alley) but was afraid to approach him. He had a look that seemed to suggest he had it all under control and that I shouldn’t bother him. And I saw the collar so I left him alone. Is he still there?
Please have him scanned for a microchip. Any of the veterinary hospitals can and will do it for free. Since he has a collar, I’m hopeful that he might have a microchip.
I brought this dog home tonight and will decide what to do with her in the morning. She’s young and very sweet and seems to be good with other dogs. It’s very curious that she clearly belonged to someone and that she’s been in that alley for almost two weeks from my reckoning.
