I’ve been waiting to take this photo for CHPN. Every time we have a heavy rain this part of East Broad floods. Makes you wonder if the residents at the top Church Hill really do need flood insurance.
@4 – if it bothers you, feel free to call the city yourself. In fact, you probably could have done so in the same amount of time it took you to post. On the off chance that someone else did, it’s not going to break the city to get duplicate complaints.
I actually like the puddle. Good for a free car wash when I drive by.
