I found a red male Chihuahua mix on Randall and Bailey Streets in Fulton. Missing collar. I have a boxer he was not really fond of, so I walked around the neighborhood with him hoping someone would recognize him, but no one did so I called Richmond Animal Control and am waiting for an officer to come pick him up.
From what I gather, they will hold him at the shelter for 7 days, and if he is not claimed, he will be euthanized. PLEASE message me or call Richmond City Animal Control for an more information, he is a sweet boy who is obviously missed.

Why are people taking these lost pets to Animal Control instead of the SPCA?
The SPCA will not take in strays.
